| Students will be asked to sit out their class if tuition fees are not paid | |
| by the second class of the month and will not be admitted to class if not paid by the third class. | ||
| We reserve the right to drop from our register any student for any | |
| reason including: |
Disruptive behavior;
Non- payment of tuition or other charges.
Rates
| REGISTRATION FEE $40.00/ student (non-refundable) TUITION FEES Are based upon a 9 month seasonal (Oct.-June) rate and are payable monthly in full by the first of every month. There will be no refunds or credit for classes missed. A late fee of $10 or 1.5%/mo. (whichever is greater) will be charged on all bills in arrears 10 days or more. one class per week $50.00/mo. each addit’l class $45.00/mo. 90 minute class $75.00/mo. private lessons $50.00/1/2 hr. min. depending on teacher Returned check fee $25.00 Special sessions charged accordingly. RECITAL FEES Due Nov. 17, 2007 $180 /class/student first recital fee, $130 /class/student each additional recital fee. Recital Fee will include: a. two tickets to recital-First recital only one ticket- each addit’l recital fee b. one costume c. class picture in program d. participation in rehearsals & recital. e. One show DVD All students are expected to participate in our recital. Payments may be made in full or on account up to Nov. 17, 2007. Note: Recital fee is refundable up to Nov. 17, 2007. Costumes will only be ordered for those students whose fees have been paid in full. Late fees will be charged. |
Dress Code
| COMBINATION CLASSES: pink leotard, pink or tan tights, pink ballet | |
| shoes, tan tap shoes. | ||
| BALLET: Girls: black leotards, pink tights, pink ballet shoes. Hair must be | |
| pulled up and secured in a bun! Ballet skirts suggested. NO SWEATS! | ||
| Boys: Black togs, white t-shirt, black or tan ballet shoes, dance belt | |
| JAZZ: tan jazz shoes (beginner classes only). Tan or black jazz shoes for all other | |
| levels. Tan heels (when required). | ||
| TAP: Students must be in tan heel taps as soon as size warrants. No jingle taps! | |
| ACRO: Bike pants, stirrup/ankle tights, no shoes. | |
| HIP HOP: Leotard, Tights, Black Jazz Shoes. |
**Hair must be pulled up and secured for all classes. No baggy
all dance wear may be obtained through the studio.
Attendance
| Students are expected to be present and on time for all classes. Please notify school if you expect to be absent. Perfect attendance awards will be given to those students who have no absences for the semester (must be registered and attending classes no later to Jan. 1, 2008). Please pick up your child promptly. Late pick-ups may be charged a late fee of $7 per ¼ hr. or part thereof. |
| Birthday Party Package *$175 For a two hour party. It includes one hour of dance instruction in any discipline you'd like and an hour of help from teacher to help serve cake, open gifts clean-up. etc. *$10 per head over 10 children. Parents of all participants must sign a general release. $100 non-refundable deposit is due at time of reservation. **Studio will provide table & chairs but no other party supplies. You may decorate as you please! |
